These muffins are light and fluffy, they are great for breakfast with a nice fruit smoothie or as an afternoon snack with a cup of tea. They are great eaten both hot and cold.

I have just made these banana muffins, and they are gorgeous. The recipe said makes 8, but there was a lot of batter and I made 12, and could easily have made 14. All the more to enjoy!

whilst muffins are cooling heat up in a small pan 1 tablespoon of honey with 50ml water till reduced by half, press half walnut into top of each muffin and drizzle the honey reduction over it - delicious

I just made these and they turned out beautifully! There was enough mixture for 12.

I substituted buttermilk for milk and it made these muffins gorgeously tender!

Delicious & light. Easily makes 12. I usually add 100g broken up dark chocolate when mixing up the wet & dry - divine. Much prefer these to Nigella's recipe for banana choc muffins. They also freeze well.

I made these but didn't have any nutmeg or cinnamon but did have mixed spice so used this instead! They were delicious and didn't get to the cake tin as I have three hungry teenagers (and friends!) around! Just off to make some more :)

I made these and they were delicious. I also added 100g dark chocolate and managed 12 big muffins from the mix. I added 1 slice of banana to the top of each before cooking to make them extra banana tasting. Will definitely be making them again!
