Ingredients
Switch to Cup Measures- 200 grams cake flour
- 150 grams caster sugar
- 125 grams butter
- 125 ml milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 2 large eggs
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees C and place 12 cupcake cups in a muffin tray.
- Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and beat with an electric beater until smooth,for about 2-3 minutes.
- Divide the batter between the cupcake cups and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven and cool.
