What does this mean?

Very refreshing salad with a total different taste

Ingredients

Switch to Cup Measures
  • 1 bottle beetroots (grated)
  • 1 packet orange jelly
  • 3 oranges

Method

  1. Drain the beetroot from the vinegar - use a sieve for this.
  2. Dissolve the jelly as required according to the packet
  3. Cut away the sides of the orange and cut out the segments.
  4. Mix all the ingredients together - place in mould and put in refrigerator until serving time
