Warm the milk untill you see bubbles being formed on its corners and then pour this onto the bread pieces. Let the bread soak for 2 minutes and press the bread pieces down so that it becomes fine.
Add the cinnamon and the suger and the egg.
Put in the oven at 180 degrees.
For the caramel, put the brown sugar in a tiny pan and add the butter (leave on stove for 5 minutes but don't let it burn, until it becomes a fine liquid). When the bread pudding is out of the oven, put the caramel on it and let that settle.
