What does this mean?

This is a delicious cake , is easy and very cheap. One of my moms best deesserts! I hope you really enjoy it!

Ingredients

For the caramel

  • 1 cup superfine sugar
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter

For the cake

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 ½ cups superfine sugar
  • 2 apples
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ cup milk

Method

  1. CARAMEL: Put the sugar in a pan and add the butter, let them melt, until you get a caramel. Reserve.
  2. CAKE: Peel off the apples, cut them in quarters, and then put each one of them above of the caramel. reserve.
  3. In a bowl mix the eggs with sugar, then add the flour and the baking powder and finally add the milk until you get a creamy butter. Put this above the apples, bake in the oven 45 minutes, 180 C.
  4. And then... ENJOY IT!! you can serve it with a spoon of vanilla ice-cream and cinnamon.
