CEREAL BAR

A simple but very satisfying cookie.It's full of fruit's and also some little chocolate on the bottom,so just be sure to cook and try it!!

Ingredients

  • Gluten Free
  • Vegetarian
  • 1.125gr dark cooking chocolate(melt it)
  • 2.85gr raisins, roughly chopped
  • 3.75gr walnut or pinenuts, fry a little bit than chop
  • 4.80gr caster sugar
  • 5.90gr unsalted butter
  • 6.half teaspoon of salt
  • 7.50gr of red cherry and green cherry, chopped
  • 8.40gr cereal cornflakes, crush it with your hand a bit
  • 9.45gr shredded coconut

Method

  1. Okay,first prepare a pan 10x30 cm that was covered with aluminium foil and been spreaded with butter. Then put in the melted chocolate.
  2. While doing that, with a small fire heat the raisin, nuts, sugar, butter and salt until the sugar mixed and the butter already melts. Put in the cherries, cornflakes and the shredded coconut and stir.
  3. Then push the chocolate in the pan until it reaches the bottom, the put all of the mix to the top of the chocolate. Put the pan that was filled with the doe until it's getting hard(not to hard tough).And then chopped the way you like it.
  4.  TIPS: I know i said it was baking but baking was not needed, but because it's a cookie and not really for dessert so that's why i put in the baking.
  5.  Usually this kind of cookie has a lot of chocolate in it so all you have to do is freeze it in the fridge before you can cut it. And also the placing, choose a pan that's not to affected by the air(sorry about the pan name)and then you put it in the fridge.
