Crunchy Roast Potatoes

Introduction

Scrumptious fluffy, but crunchy sweet roast potatoes, beautiful with a roast dinner.

  • potatoes
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (for roasting)

Method

  • Par boil potatoes any size you like, until outside is soft, about 5 mins.
  • Transfer to colander, shake potatoes till outsides fluffy.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper over them shake to coat them all, then sprinkle 1 tsp of cinnamon over them all shake to coat all potatoes.
  • Cook as normal roasties in oven for 45 mins - 1 hour. Best served piping hot with a roast. Enjoy!!!!
