What does this mean?

A re-take on Nigella's lovely deep fried bounty's.

Perfect for Easter and why not try Nigella's  simple Easter recipes including Hummus with Seared Lamb and Toasted Pine Nuts or her delicious Lemon Meringue Cake.

Ingredients

  • Creme Eggs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Method

  1. You could use your own batter recipe or Nigella's, but to make this one, just combine all of the ingredients apart from the creme eggs, dip the cream eggs in the batter, and simply deep fry them.
  2. Be careful, the insides of the eggs, get quite hot! Enjoy!
