Ingredients
Switch to Cup Measures- 3 peaches (skin removed and cut into very small pieces)
- lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- cognac
- dry white wine
Method
- Put the peaches into a bowl with the sugar .
- Pour on them a mixture made with 1/3 lemon juice, 1/3 cognac, 1/3 dry white wine.
- Cool in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
- After that strain and add a bottle of Prosecco.
- Serve in a glass with a tbsp of the steeped peaches on the bottom and a slice of lemon to garnish.
