This recipe was given to me about twenty years ago by a very old friend. I came across an old book with it in, I cannot believe it has been such a long time since I made it because it's so delicious!!

Ingredients
Switch to Cup Measures- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 large bananas (sliced but not ripe)
- 300 grams single cream
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 2 teaspoons chilli powder
- 3 tablespoons tomato ketchup
Method
- Cut the chicken breasts into lengthway peices.
- Slice the two bananas.
- Lightly sautee the chicken breast pieces until sealed. Place the chicken breast pieces into an oven proof dish with a lid. Add the bananas, curry powder, chilli powder, cream and tomato ketchup.
- Cook in a moderate oven approx 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
- Serve with basmati rice. Enjoy!
