Introduction

Pasta with a white sauce mixed with mince and peppers with cheese on top baked in the oven served with sweetcorn.

Ingredients

Serves: 4

For the Pasta

  • 10 ounces pasta
  • 1 chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 chopped yellow bell pepper
  • 4 ounces grated cheese
  • 11 ounces ground lamb

For the White Sauce

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk

  • Put water on for pasta
  • Fry the peppers and mince in the pan
  • To make white sauce melt putter in pan add the flour so it thickens and then add milk heat to it thick and runny. Add the pasta and cook for 10 mins
  • Add all in glass dish and cook for 30 mins in a preheated oven at 220oc
  • Serve with sweetcorn
