Metric Cups

For the Viniagrette

  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 shallot (cut into thin slices)
  • 63 millilitres extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pinch of sea salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper

For the Salad

  • 440 grams smoked sausage
  • 750 grams green beans (trimmed)
  • 4 large eggs (hard boiled)

For the Viniagrette

  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 shallot (cut into thin slices)
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pinch of sea salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper

For the Salad

  • 16 ounces smoked sausage
  • 26 ounces green beans (trimmed)
  • 4 large eggs (hard boiled)
