Ingredients

Switch to Cup Measures
  • 2 apples
  • 100 grams full fat soft goat's cheese
  • 55 grams pecan nuts
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Method

  1. Preheat the rotisserie. Wash the apples, cut them trough the middle and core the apple. Cut the goat's milk in pieces. Chop the nuts.
  2. Put the cheese and the nuts on the apple parts and sprinkle with the honey.
  3. Put the apples for 3 to 5 minutes in the rotisserie until the cheese is getting a nice tan. Mmm...
