What does this mean?

Gurnard but also Gilthead bream without scales are good to be baked with this very simple but very tasty sauce!!

Ingredients

Switch to Cup Measures
  • 1 gilthead bream (or gurnard)
  • 1 spring onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons tamarind
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh root ginger (grated)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Method

  1. Mince all the ingredients of the sauce together in a mixer and the sauce is done!!
  2. cut the fish on his back three times for each side and then spread the sauce over the fish.
  3. Bake the fish in foil for 25 min. at 180°. and buon appetito!!
