CHOCOLATE TIRAMISU
Ingredients
Switch to Cup Measures- 2 chicken breasts (marinated in balti spices to turn into |tikka - chopped into bite size pieces)
- pilau rice
- 1 lemon peel (finely grated)
- 1 bunch spring onions (chopped)
- 1 bunch fresh coriander (chopped finely)
Method
- Put rice in a bowl add the chicken, spring onions, coriander and grated lemon. Stir well.
- tip onto presentation plate.
- sprinkle on remaining coriander, spring onions and juice of lemon.
This goes down soo well especially with the menfolk enjoying a beer or a glass or something nice.
