Ingredients
Switch to Cup Measures- 15 litres water
- 2.5 kilograms sugar
- 2 tablespoons ground ginger
- 2 teaspoons brewers yeast
- 2 tablespoons cream of tartar
- 2 tablespoons tartaric acid
Method
- Mix together in a large plastic bucket with lid.
- Leave for 24 hours.
- Strain into bottles with screw tops. (old wine bottles)
- Stand for at least a week before you drink it.
