This is really simple and my Mom could never bake but would make this for dessert for me when I was growing up. Great for breakfast with Maple Syrup or as a dessert with ice cream.

Ingredients
- 1 banana (per person)
- 1 egg
- flour (for dipping bananas)
Method
- Peel the bananas or you may be faced with a slight problem ; )
- Cut the bananas length ways so they are still long
- Roll bananas in flour and then coat with the egg.
- Fry gently with a combination of butter and vegetable oil
- When browned and soft it is ready to serve
