Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas
- ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Method
- Blend together until thick and creamy, pour into suitable freezer container and freeze for at least two hours, the longer the better.
- Allow to soften in the fridge for 20 minutes before serving. It's rich and perfect sitting in a compact scoop on a waffle cone!
