    • I tried this recipe today since I have become addicted to British digestive biscuits. Unfortunately, as an American, they are hard to find in the United States. Once I did find them, they were very expensive. I figured the best way to go was to make them and I'm glad I found this recipe! I had to do some conversions but I figured it out. While I was not able to cut the dough, I dropped it onto the cookie sheet and it baked normally. The result was delicious! I can taste a hint of the digestives I've purchased but it's very different. Your mum has a very yummy recipe!
