What does this mean?

Friendly nutty chicken korma everyone loves...not too many herbs...can add coriander to your taste...children eat it (those not allergic to nuts)

Ingredients

Switch to Cup Measures
  • 900 grams chicken breasts (cut into cubes)
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (cut)
  • 500 ml Greek yoghurt
  • 200 grams ground almonds (or ground walnuts)
  • 2 cm fresh root ginger (shredded - or ground ginger)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (sweet)
  • 2 tablespoons cornflour
  • ½ lemon (juice of)
  • 40 grams butter
  • salt
  • black pepper

Method

  1. Fry the onion and chicken cubes Salt to taste
  2. Make yogurt mixture using yogurt+almonds+ginger+paprika+corn flour
  3. Add the mixture into the chicken and cup of water Simmer for 20 minutes
  4. Take off stove add lemon juice to taste and drop the butter in and stir
