Ingredients
- 6 Granny Smith apples (peeled and sliced thinly)
- 0.99 lb green grapes
- 2 cups chopped dried dates
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 3 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ¼ cup sugar
- ½ cup diced celery
- ½ cup chopped scallion
Method
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together.
- Toss well.
- Chill until ready to serve.
