What does this mean?

this can get kind of messy, but it's very fun to make! my kids really love helping me make this, especially the shaking the bag to mix everything! it's not a holiday recipe per say, but that's when I always seem to make it...something fun to do with the kids on those cold winter days!

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 8 cups crispix cereal
  • 2 cups confectioners' sugar

Method

  1. Melt the peanut butter, chocolate chips, and butter together in a large kettle over low heat.
  2. Pour over the cereal in a large bowl and stir well.
  3. Pour the powdered sugar into a large brown paper bag and add the cereal.
  4. Fold the bag to seal and shake well to coat evenly.
