Ingredients

Switch to Cup Measures
  • 20 chicken pieces (boneless, equal sized)
  • 250 ml hung curd
  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 1 teaspoon dried mint
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried chilli flakes
  • salt (to taste)

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients in Hung curd. Beat well. 
  2. Marinade chicken pieces with this mixture. Keep aside for 1 hour. Be sure the thick paste covers each n every piece. 
  3. Put each piece on skewers. Grill them . Turn each piece until cooked. for better results put some butter with brush on them while grilling process. 
  4. Serve hot with Onion rings , Chopped coriander n sprinkle Indian Chat Masala.
