Ingredients

Serves: 4-5

Metric Cups
  • 20 chicken pieces (boneless, equal sized)
  • 250 millilitres hung curd
  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 1 teaspoon dried mint
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried chilli flakes
  • salt (to taste)

  • 9 fluid ounces hung curd
  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 1 teaspoon dried mint
  • 1 teaspoon red chile powder
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • salt (to taste)

Method

  • Mix all ingredients in Hung curd. Beat well.
  • Marinade chicken pieces with this mixture. Keep aside for 1 hour. Be sure the thick paste covers each n every piece.
  • Put each piece on skewers. Grill them . Turn each piece until cooked. for better results put some butter with brush on them while grilling process.
  • Serve hot with Onion rings , Chopped coriander n sprinkle Indian Chat Masala.
