Warm 3 tbsp of oil on a pan, prefry onion disks, add rice, crushed garlic, small piece of chopped ginger, hoped chile and tbsp of salt.
Fry it all on a small flame 10m,pour in 3 cup's of water, wait until rice will drink all of fluids, take out for 30 m, on another pan, warm 2tbls of oil prefry nuts add raisins cook them until raisins will be puffy,
put the rice and raisins on a paper ,in to the bowl put rice, cover with nuts and raisins with the sesame:) Enjoy:)
