Ingredients

Serves: 15-20

Metric Cups
  • 200 grams chocolate biscuits
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 4 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 60 grams butter
  • 100 grams milk chocolate
  • 100 grams mini marshmallows
  • 7 ounces chocolate biscuits
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 ounces butter
  • 4 ounces milk chocolate
  • 4 ounces mini marshmallows

Method

  • Crush the biscuits.
  • Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the sugar and the condensed milk. Stir well. Bring it to the boil. Put on medium heat, keep stirring and simmer for 5 minutes until the caramel is golden.
  • Add the mini marshmallows to the crushed biscuits and stir.
  • Pour the caramel over the marshmallow mix. Stir well with a wooden spoon.
  • Put the mixture in a 22 cm oven dish. Leave to cool for about 30 minutes.
  • Melt the chocolate au bain marie or in the microwave, pour it over the caramel mixture. Leave to cool.
  • Put it in the fridge for about 3 hours. Cut into pieces and enjoy!
