(day-old, discard the crusts and pull into little bits - 1cm x 1cm)

handful
fresh mint
(a good handful, chopped)
hamburger rolls
mature Cheddar
(slices)
baby spinach
tomatoes
(sliced)
mayonnaise
mint jelly
Method
Combine beef, Worcester sauce, onion, bread, egg and mint in a mixing bowl and refrigerate 1-2 hours or overnight.
Make into patties and cook as desired in oiled frypan or on barbie.
Leave patties to cool slightly while lightly toasting buns.
Mix equal amounts of mayonnaise and mint jelly in a small bowl to make dressing.
Assemble burgers with patties topped with cheese, tomato, spinach and dressing. Bon Appetite!
