                                        Combine beef, Worcester sauce, onion, bread, egg and mint in a mixing bowl and refrigerate 1-2 hours or overnight. Make into patties and cook as desired in oiled frypan or on barbie. Leave patties to cool slightly while lightly toasting buns. Mix equal amounts of mayonnaise and mint jelly in a small bowl to make dressing. Assemble burgers with patties topped with cheese, tomato, spinach and dressing. Show more commentsThis is a fantastic recipe! The mint adds a real freshness to the mince patties. I made a few small amendments to the recipe, which I was quite happy with: - used the food processor to make crumbs out of the bread. This way you don't even have to discard the crusts. - added some hot sauce, garlic and olive oil into the mince mixture. - used the food processor to mix everything together. This resulted in a really well-combined, well-chopped mince mixture. - put cheese on the buns before toasting them in the oven, because melted cheese is awesome!
