peanuts
(roasted, or walnuts or almonds - optional)
Method
Firstly mix in the butter, cocoa and the sugar and make a batter
Crack in the eggs 1 by 1, mix alongside
Add the flour and baking powder
Mix well to form the batter
Add chocolate and stir using a spatula
Add nuts of your choice
Preheat the oven to 165C
Put the batter in a 10'by 10' and 3' deep tray lined with butterpaper
Bake for nearly 40-45 mins depending on the size of tray
Prick and check after 20 mins of baking
Take out the brownie only after its completely cooled
