Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons soft butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ⅓ cups flour
  • oz baking powder
  • oz baking soda
  • oz cinnamon
  • oz sour cream
  • 6 oz chocolate chips

Method

  1. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix butter with the sugar until blended, then beat in eggs one at a time.
  3. Stir flour with other dry ingredients in a small bowl. Blend with creamed mixture. Mix in sour cream.
  4. Pour batter in greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan or dish.
  5. Scatter the chocolate chips all over the top. Also sprinkle top with about 1 tablespoon of sugar.
  6. Bake for approximately 35 minutes - wait until cool to serve.

  • I tried this recipe! And it was delicious....!!! The only thing that went wrong was my choice of tin....! But it was still greatly enjoyed! Thanks fir posting
