Ingredients
- 1 large orange (untreated, for 2 portions)
- 1 tablespoon fresh coriander (chopped)
- ½ teaspoon mint leaves (chopped)
Method
- Peel the orange and cut out the white, make the chunks bit-size.
- 10 minutes before serving just mix with the fresh herbs and that is it!!!!
- It has a wonderful taste when your mouth is still burning after eating very spicy and helps to cool off
