Whip the eggs with vanilla sugar, icing sugar and 5 tbsp of hot water, add both flours and stir, pour the dough into a baking form 30x 40cm with baking paper on the bottom.
Bake 10-12m in 200C. Take out the sponge cake on a cutting board sprinkle with crystal sugar, baking paper sprinkle with water and take it off, kek's form fill with aluminium foil, cut the cake in rectangles 2 of side of form size, and 2 of bottom size, sides and bottom of form fill up with dough, leave 1rectangle. Strawberries mix and rub through the sieve, stir with orange juice and cook it, keep stirring and add gelfix and sugar keep cooking 2m.
pour it all on a cake, press in 6 strawberry's in side the mixture cover it with the last rectangle of sponge cake leave it to cool down.
