Ingredients
Switch to Cup Measures- 340 grams strawberries (frozen)
- 24 marshmallows
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest (grated)
- 250 ml whipping cream (whipped)
Method
- Defrost the strawberries and drain well.
- Place the juice and marshmallows in the top of a double boiler.Heat until the marshmallows are melted. Chill.
- Add the strawberries and lemon rind.
- Fold in the whipped cream. pour into refrigerator trays and freeze. a wonder delight for a brunch or after-dinner dessert.
