Metric Cups
  • 340 grams strawberries (frozen)
  • 24 marshmallows
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest (grated)
  • 250 millilitres whipping cream (whipped)
  • 12 ounces strawberries (frozen)
  • 24 marshmallows
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest (grated)
  • 9 fluid ounces heavy cream (whipped)

Method

  • Place the juice and marshmallows in the top of a double boiler.Heat until the marshmallows are melted. Chill.
  • Add the strawberries and lemon rind.
