Ingredients

Switch to Cup Measures
  • 340 grams strawberries (frozen)
  • 24 marshmallows
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest (grated)
  • 250 ml whipping cream (whipped)

Method

  1. Defrost the strawberries and drain well.
  2. Place the juice and marshmallows in the top of a double boiler.Heat until the marshmallows are melted. Chill.
  3. Add the strawberries and lemon rind.
  4. Fold in the whipped cream. pour into refrigerator trays and freeze. a wonder delight for a brunch or after-dinner dessert.
