Serves: 6 - 8

Metric Cups
  • 400 grams strawberries (fresh, washed)
  • 200 grams creme fraiche (half fat)
  • 150 grams mini marshmallows (coloured)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons caster sugar
  • 1 squeeze lemon juice
  • 14⅛ ounces strawberries (fresh, washed)

  • 5⅓ ounces mini marshmallows (coloured)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons superfine sugar
  • 1 squeeze lemon juice
