Ingredients

  • 19 oz ground chicken
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Thai fish sauce (nam pla)
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chile sauce
  • 2 sliced scallions
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • ⅓ cup sweet chile sauce (extra)
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons peanut oil

Method

  1. Combine mince, breadcrumbs, fish sauce, sweet chile sauce, onions, coriander, mixing well.
  2. Roll mixture into walnut-sized balls.
  3. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  4. Combine extra sweet chile sauce and lime juice. Set aside.
  5. Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat. Cook chicken balls in batches until golden and cooked through.
  6. Serve with sweet chilli dipping sauce.
