Mix two egg yolks with the sugar till you have a very clear cream.
Beat three egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff.
Gently fold the mascarpone cheese in the sugar/yolks cream and then add carefully the egg whites.
Spread some of the obtained cream on a tray and start making layers: dip the biscuits into the coffee and put them on the tray placing them next one another, spread some crÃ¨me on them and then a handful of chocolate chips.
Go on this way until the biscuits are over.
Cover the last layer with the cream and dust with the cocoa powder. Keep it in the fridge take it out about 20 mins before serving.
