What does this mean?

I have these for breakfast sometimes. I use half a chorizo, but I tend to eat small breakfasts. Other people may want a whole one

Ingredients

Switch to Cup Measures
  • 1 chorizo (chopped)
  • 1 egg (beaten lightly)
  • 3 teaspoons salsa
  • 1 small tortilla wrap

Method

  1. Cook the chorizo in a pan until browned.
  2. Add the egg and cook until scrambled. Meanwhile, microwave the salsa in a small bowl or ramekin.
  3. Put all ingredients in the tortilla and roll up.
  4. Microwave the assembled burrito for 15-20 seconds to make sure it's hot.
