Making A Tasty Chilli When Your Spice Cupboard Is Low

In the absence of a cupboard full of herbs and spices, try cloves in chilli. Use about 15, crushed with a pestle and mortar, and not much else is required - just use fresh chillies and garlic. Perfect!
