Using Up Double Cream

Pop the double cream in the food processor with the regular blade attachment and whizz it for 8 minutes for your own butter. Simply rinse it in ice cold water and squeeze out the buttermilk until the water is clear (easier with a cheese cloth). Keeps for a good week in the fridge or you can wrap it and pop in the freezer.
