I have a glut of yellow cherry tomatoes and would welcome some recipe suggestions. Regards, Dave

Yellow cherry tomatoes can be used in any recipe using regular cherry tomatoes, as both types are very sweet to eat. Nigella has some cherry tomato salad recipes. We would suggest trying the Old-Fashioned Tomato Salad from Forever Summer which has cherry tomatoes and a homemade salad cream and the Tomato Couscous from Feast.
We would also suggest trying the Small Tomato Tarts from Domestic Goddess. The tarts have a crisp cornmeal crust, are filled with tomatoes, olives and pecorino and are very light and fresh.
However if you have a lot of tomatoes then we would strongly suggest trying Nigella's Moonblush Tomatoes recipe from Express, which is also on her website (see link below). The slow roasting process intensifies the sweetness of the tomatoes and they are delicious as a late summer bruschetta, in a salad (try the Slow Roasted Tomato and Goat's Cheese Salad also in Express), or tossed through pasta. The tomatoes, once cooked, should keep for around 5 days in the fridge.
