Introduction

I love the versitile way of using the mustard sweet enough to eat with veg and sharp enough for all sorts of meat....mmmmm

Ingredients

Serves: 6-8

  • 4 tablespoons dried mustard powder
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 6 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon cornflour
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Method

  • Place all your ingredients in one pot and mix well.
  • Place another pot on the stove with water where you will place your pot with ingredients over water cooking it slowly without burning.
  • Keep stirring as the mixture gets thicker.

    This gives you beautiful biceps:-) the continious stirring.
