What does this mean?

Ingredients

Switch to Cup Measures
  • 500 grams caster sugar
  • 300 grams dark chocolate (good quality)
  • 500 ml double cream
  • 3 egg whites

Method

  1. Melt the chocolate over a pan of hot water.
  2. whisk the egg whites untill stiff.
  3. add the sugar gradually untill white and shiny.
  4. whisk cream and add chocolate. mix.
  5. add to egg and sugar mixture. fold it.
  6. refrigerate for at least an hour.
