What does this mean?

Rich truffles that are easy to make either for yourself or as a gift.

Ingredients

Switch to Cup Measures
  • 175 grams dark chocolate
  • 3 tablespoons double cream
  • 25 grams butter
  • cocoa powder

Method

  1. Microwave the chocolate, butter and cream for approx 1/2 minute
  2. Stir well until smooth
  3. Leave to cool for 40 minutes or until set
  4. Take a small piece of the mixture and mould into small egg shapes
  5. Sprinkle 2tbsp cocoa powder onto a piece of greaseproof paper and roll the 'eggs' to coat them
