Ingredients

Switch to Cup Measures
  • 200 ml energy drink (Red Bull-alikes)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 dried red chilli pepper
  • lemon juice (a few drops)
  • gram pepper
  • gram salt

Method

  1. Crush the garlic cloves with a bit of salt.
  2. mix all the ingredients.
  3. let your meat marinade the Nigella way. Extremely tasty when used for a BBQ!
