Our answer

Nigella's Orange Scented Brioche Pudding (from FEAST) is flavoured with orange marmalade and studded with golden sultanas (golden raisins) that have been plumped up with Grand Marnier (and orange flavoured liqueur). If you don't have any Grand Marnier to hand then you could use Cointreau or tripe sec as an alternative.

If you wish to avoid alcohol then orange juice is a good substitute for the liqueur and you can just use an equal amount of orange juice.
