The Brownie recipe appears to be a recipe for two 13 x 9 pans. Is it one pan or two? Please let me know!

Nigella's Brownies (from HOW TO BE A DOMESTIC GODDESS) is a popular recipe that makes a soft and squidgy brownie. They are particulary good piled up with cake candles, in lieu of a birthday cake and popular with both children and adults.
The recipe suggests a "33 x 23 x 5½ cm/13 x 9 x 2¼ inch pan". This is just one pan, but we give the dimensions for pans in all recipes in both metric and imperial inches as the website is used by people all over the world, so it is more convenient to give both sets of measurements in the on-line recipe. For the Brownies the pan measurements do not have to be absolutely exact, though you should use a pan with similar dimensions.
