Pancake Pan

Our answer

Nigella used a flat, square pan when making the Oat Pancakes With Raspberries and Honey (from SIMPLY NIGELLA). This pan is made by a company called Scanpan and is the 28cm (10 1/2 inch) Classic Square Flat Griddle Pan. It is the ceramic titanium version so can be used on all types of stove, including induction.

The pan does not appear in the Scanpan current European catalogue but can be bought on-line in the UK. It also seems to be most readily available in the US and is available from several cookware retailers on-line and in-store.
