Can I make even smaller individual pavlovas and make more of them?
It is possible to make smaller mini pavlovas and if you are following Nigella's recipe for Mini Pavlovas (from Domestic Goddess and on the Nigella website) then the mixture should make about 18 bite-size pavlovas, each around 3cm/1 1/8 inch in diameter.
Reduce the initial baking time to 20 minutes but then switch off the oven and leave the mini pavlovas in for the 30 minutes specified in the recipe. The meringues should release easily from the baking parchment once they are cooked. Cool and fill as directed in the recipe.
