Nigella's recipe for Chocolate Pasta With Pecans & Caramel (from NIGELLISSIMA) is an unusual sweet dish made with chocolate or cocoa pasta. In the recipe NIgella uses chocolate fusilli, as that was available at the time, but any shape of chocolate pasta can be used, both short shapes and longer pasta such as fettucine or tagliatelle.
If you are in the UK then the easiest place to find the pasta is online. There are several online Italian delis that sell chocolate pasta in various shapes. For the US the easiest place to find chocolate pasta is also online, either from Italian specialists or on Amazon.
