This Nigella pavlova was the highlight of my Australia Day party. I used the mini pavlova recipe but made one large one. I also used up the leftover yolks by making passion fruit curd also from the Nigella website. The tangy curd is under the whipped cream and then topped with blueberries and raspberry sauce. So yummy!
