The Nigella pavlova is so versatile. This is just the normal recipe but made into 3 circles. The presentation is just a bit more fancy with all the layers. Messy to cut but a huge hit. I made a quick raspberry sauce by cooking frozen raspberries, sugar and water over the stove and then strained and discard the seeds. I whipped the cream with vanilla essence and a touch of caster sugar.
