Made these wonderful buns for the first time, immidiately thought of filling them with goods such as: 1. buffalo mozarella cheese with dried oregano and same cheese spreads on top, 2. maasdamer cheese inside, fenugreek seeds on top, 3. for the sake of my beloved one, apple, caster sugar and cinnamon plus brown sugar on top. Turned out to be more than I thought of them to be in the first place. Oh, Nigella, thank you, the godess of comfort food, I made it to my first baking milestone. Really.
